Our perfumes are crafted with 50% fragrance concentration – making them India’s strongest and most enduring perfumes.

Product descriptions, fragrance notes, and images are provided to help you make confident choices. Minor variations in color, packaging, or finishing may occur due to lighting or screen differences, but quality remains uncompromised.

We do not sell replicas, second-hand, or refurbished products — only authentic SYNTAFX originals.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

SYNTAFX reserves the right to revise prices due to market conditions, availability, or promotions without prior notice.

Payments are accepted via secure, authorized payment gateways to ensure customer safety.

4. Orders, Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order with SYNTAFX signifies an offer to purchase. Order acceptance is confirmed once full payment is received (for prepaid orders).

SYNTAFX reserves the right to cancel or decline orders for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected misuse.

Orders may be cancelled by the customer within 12 hours of placement, provided they are not shipped. After shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

SYNTAFX ships across India using trusted logistics partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout but may vary due to factors beyond our control (festive rush, courier delays, natural events, etc.).

Customers will receive tracking details via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

SYNTAFX is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but our team will assist you in resolving issues promptly.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We value customer satisfaction but also protect the exclusivity of our products. Our return and refund guidelines are as follows:

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Products must remain unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

Opened perfumes, beauty products, or used items are non-returnable due to hygiene and authenticity concerns.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days of approval, either to the original payment method or as SYNTAFX store credit.
Shipping charges and Cash-on-Delivery fees are non-refundable.
