SYNTAFX – Return & Refund Policy

At SYNTAFX, we take pride in delivering premium perfumes, beauty, fashion, skincare, and lifestyle products with the highest quality standards. Our policy is designed to protect customers and ensure a safe shopping experience while also keeping SYNTAFX secure from unfair losses.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.
Products must be returned in unused, unopened, and original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and authenticity reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items


Fragrance and beauty items once opened.

Products purchased during sales, combos, or promotions.

Free samples, gifts, and accessories.

3. Refund Process


Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds are made to the original payment method or can be issued as SYNTAFX store credits/loyalty points for future purchases.

Shipping charges and COD fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy


If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will replace it free of cost.

Exchanges are not allowed for personal preferences (example: not liking a fragrance after opening).

5. Order Cancellation


Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they are not yet shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Satisfaction & Trust


We provide clear product details, ingredients, and fragrance notes to help you shop with confidence.

Customers not satisfied may request an exchange for another unopened product by bearing two-way shipping costs.
